1. eMeetyou.com is a social media service site that provides a platform to share photos, videos and information with friends, group, site members and public who may access the eMeetYou site directly or indirectly via other websites (collectively, "Viewers").
2. eMeetYou designates certain audiences, such as outdoor, ethnic foods, travels, high-tech, etc., who want to post and/or exchange experiences, knowledge and information with others who view and/or exchange such experiences, knowledge and information.
3. eMeetYou categorizes each audience by a subcategory, hereunder 'outdoor!'; therefore, by registering at http://eMeetYou.com/outdoor, you will become a member of eMeetYou ('Member') in the category 'outdoor!'.

[Operations of eMeetYou]

1. eMeetYou is built using Joomla CMS (Content Management System) and consists of open source applications, distributed with source code format, including code licensed by the GNU General Public License.
2. eMeetYou is operated by a team of developers, managers, and owners (collectively, "Operators").
3. eMeetYou uses a GlobalSign secure certificate to authenticate our server.
4. eMeetYou is an independent site operator, and its operation is supported solely by sponsorship fees from advertisers and site sponsors (collectively, "Sponsors").
5. eMeetYou may conduct contests, campaigns, marketing surveys, event management, or similar activities from time to time.

1. The Terms of Service herein shall apply to all persons who view or otherwise use eMeetYou, including those who register at eMeetYou ("Members").
2. You may upload your own photos and videos to share with Viewers. However, You agree that such photos or videos do not infringe someone elseís rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. to share with Viewers.
3. You may create groups and invite other members to join, edit comments, and blog to share information with Viewers.

You may link/share videos, photos, and other material from/to other third party sites such as facebook.com, myspace.com, twitter.com, youtube.com, flickr.com, etc., provided that such usage does not violate such third party sites' terms of use, infringe someone elseís rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, or otherwise violate any law. However, eMeetYou does not control the third party and cannot dictate their actions. If you choose to use a third party website, the third party website may use and share your data in accordance with the privacy policy of and your privacy settings on such service. eMeetYou is not responsible for and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the third party. In addition, inclusion of any linked website or service on eMeetYou does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website or service by eMeetYou. When you access these third party sites and services, you do so at your own risk. eMeetYou takes no responsibility for third party advertisements or linked websites that are posted on or linked to eMeetYou, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by these third parties.
5. You may add applications developed by eMeetYou or a third party that are listed in the Application menu in order to enhance functionality and/or features. Although Operators review functionality and features of such applications before posting, you understand and acknowledge that such applications may not always work properly.
6. You grant eMeetYou non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use any content uploaded or posted subject to your privacy and application settings. You may remove your profile or content at any time to terminate such license to eMeetYou; however, You acknowledge that even after your profile or content is removed, it may remain in recent activities records for a reasonable period of time (but actual content will be not available).
7. When using eMeetYou, you agree to act responsibly and in good faith.
8. You further agree NOT to engage in the following activities:
   1. Slander Viewers, Sponsors, eMeetYou, or Operators.
   2. Conduct any business activities including contest, sweepstakes, and giveaway.
   3. State, display, or imply any sexual, violent, drug-related, abusive, animal abuse (including hunting), or illegal materials or wordings.
   4. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
9. You may report any inappropriate activities by clicking the "Report" tag so that Operators can investigate such reports. Operators reserve the right to take all necessary actions, including, without limitation, removing inappropriate contents, issuing a warning, and reporting to appropriate third parties or government agencies, without your consent.
10. If anyone brings a claim against eMeetYou, Viewers, Sponsors, or Operators related to your actions or any material you uploaded, embedded, posted, emailed, transmitted, linked, or otherwise made available on the eMeetYou website, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Viewers, Sponsors, eMeetYou, and Operators harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
11. If you are a minor 13 years old or older, you cannot be a Member without the supervision of a responsible adult. eMeetYou is not directed to children under the age of 13. (If you are under the age of 13, please do not use eMeetYou.)

If Member turns off certain cookies, some features of eMeetYou may not function properly.
6. We employ affiliated legal entities and/or other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples of such functions include hosting our web servers, providing marketing assistance, and providing other services. These other companies will have access to your information, including personally identifiable information, as necessary to perform their functions, but they will not share that information with any unrelated third party and are required to protect the information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for eMeetYou.

In appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, eMeetYou disables and/or terminates the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide eMeetYouís Copyright Agent the following information:

2. eMeetYou reserves the right to remove any member, group, photo, video, comment, or blog at any time at its sole discretion.
3. eMeetYou is not involved in any transactions or communication made directly between Member/Viewers and advertisers; therefore, eMeetYou does not warrant such activities.
4. Although eMeetYou conducts daily data back up, it makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the recovery or restoration any lost information, including videos and photos, in case of system malfunctions or arising from a negligent act, abuses by Viewers, natural disaster, cyber attack, technical difficulty, or other similar causes.
